Spain's PM Sanchez says no evidence Morocco orchestrated Ceuta border surge

Spain has not seen any evidence to conclude that July's deadly border surge from Morocco into its enclave of Ceuta was orchestrated or carried out by Moroccan authorities, Sanchez said.

Spain’s prime minister blames Israel, Russia for disinformation around Ceuta border crisis
